We will also refer to the Site, and the services available through them as the “Services.” You can find the Terms of Use that apply to Prescription below. These Terms of Use are only for Tailored Optical. This is not for any prescriptions written by any optometrist or ophthalmologist, due to their own personal guidelines and procedures.

Before using any of the Services, please read these Terms of Use (these “Terms”), and any other policies and notices on the Site, or as otherwise made available to you by Us. Collectively, these materials contain terms, rules, and other guidelines related to your use of the Services. As a condition to your access to or use of the Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms, so please do not use the Services if you do not agree with all of these Terms. Some parts of the Services may have other terms, guidelines, or rules, and if you use those parts, those additional terms will also apply. Your use of the Services, and our provision of the Services to you, constitutes an agreement between you and Tailored Optical to be bound by each of the terms, guidelines, and rules incorporated into these Terms. Privacy & Safety
We will collect and use your information accordingly for the purpose of prescription eyewear only. We will not sell or give any information to any person(s), constitution or third party entities. Please review HIPPA Notice of Privacy Laws in your state.
Tailored Optical will assist in any optical or retail needs that we can as Licensed Dispensing Optician but you are solely responsible for your account and your transactions. Your personal device is also your responsibility in reference to connection with the Services. The best way for Us and You to have a smooth transaction is to give us accurate information and updated prescriptions. If any details are inaccurate, it can cause delays and errors which we will not be responsible for in any event.
At the end of the day this is MEDICAL RETAIL, everything is sensitive information and we can make it easy with clear communication and understanding.

You are able to email us at tailoredoptical@gmail.com for any order updates or tracking information. We will send updated texts and once the order is out for delivery we will send tracking number information and date of shipped order.
We will not allow REFUNDS at this time because we want to compete with the big optical companies in pricing and quality. That would be impossible to do without the support of your understanding this is a medical transaction and the eyewear is made FOR YOU specifically.
We will allow a ONE-TIME doctor's change in prescription replacement of lenses. We understand that the prescription could be written incorrectly or changed by any doctor. This is why we offer a 45 day doctor's change in prescription replacement only.
Tailored Optical is located in Georgia of the United States of America, we must follow the laws in Georgia as we are a licensed state.
